Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where your order is processed. Orders fulfilled in the US typically arrive within 5–7 business days; overseas deliveries can take 7–16 days. You'll receive tracking details in your confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Want a live update? Open the chat in the bottom-right corner of any page, then tap "Track my order." Enter your order number and email, and it instantly pulls up your status. You can also see all your orders anytime in your account, or reach us through our contact page, and we'll check on it personally.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You'll be asked to be select a delivery method during checkout.

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

The name of the item you did not receive

ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

No - The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your Gift Card credit. You can then use any remaining balance on a new order you place with us.

1. Enter your Promotional Code in Shopping Bag or Checkout.

2. Click “Apply.”

If your Promotional Code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. To enter more than one promotional code, enter each code individually in the promotional code box and click “Apply.”

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event that an unauthorised promotion code is used.

Have a promo code? You can apply it in two places: in your shopping bag using the "Add a coupon" option, or in the discount code field at checkout before payment. Your order total updates immediately once the code is accepted.

One code per order; some codes may exclude certain items or have expiration dates — any restrictions are listed wherever the code was offered. If a code isn't working, we're happy to help: open the chat in the bottom-right corner, or call Customer Assistance at (470) 738-7592.

To create a gift receipt, click the "Add a Gift Message" option during the checkout process. The recipient will then receive a gift receipt suppressing all merchandise pricing information.

Additionally, if you are buying multiple items, the "Add a Gift Message" checkbox must be selected next to each product in the order to suppress all pricing on the receipt.

An item I like is sold out in my size, when will you receive additional inventory?

We’re unable to determine if and when we will receive additional inventory; however, to be added to the waitlist for a product, enter your email address on the product page in the field provided and click “add to waitlist."
